Fibia is an experienced leader in recruitment. She started her professional career in banking and investments, and then transferred to the tech world. Over the past decade, Fibia has done work in staffing and recruitment, providing professional talent for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100.

Born and raised in Romania, Fibia moved to the US as a young adult. She now calls Atlanta her home, where she lives with her husband and their cat. They both share a passion for business, travel and wellness.
At Found, we know that life is more than just work and work is more than money; our company partners with nonprofit organizations around the world to fight sex trafficking and modern human slavery. We give a percentage of all our revenue to those causes. This way,we give hope to hurting people so they can believe in a brighter tomorrow.
